ENGINE REBUILDING

Eventually, you will need to rebuild your engine to improve machinery performance and extend its lifespan. Instead of buying a new engine, you may be able to salvage the one you have by rebuilding it.
Our lower priced quality parts and high mechanic skill will result in savings cost and makes repairing or rebuilding a better option than replacing the engine.

ENGINE BLOCK REPAIRS

The Engine Block is one of the most influential parts of an Engine; it encloses pistons connecting the rod and crankshaft and their work take place inside the block. The block is designed to withstand a variety of temperatures and loads to maintain the stability and lubrication of the engine. All of the circuit passages components, and support functions are evaluated and bring to the most optimal and durable performance for the engine.
Most repair to engine block is either boring the cylinder to over size to fit a larger size piston or in case where the cylinder in worn beyond the standard recommended over size we bore to a larger size and fit a sleeve in the cylinder to bring the block back to the original standard size piston. 

ENGINE HEAD REPAIRS

The Engine Head must be robust due to the high temperature and pressure it stands while maintaining shape and form to seal the cylinder block correctly. Engine head suffer more wear than other engine components and when repair is needed swiss machinery with a large inventory of parts is equipped to expedite repairs to your diesel engine. If the part is not available, our Miami office will source and ship express to minimize your down time

 

CRANKSHAFT GRINDING

Crankshaft grinding consists of removing a minimal amount of finished material from the rod and main journals to BRING the part back to a useful form. The amount taken off is determined by the wear of the crankshaft and once the grinding process is completed an under size bearing is used as permitted by original equipment manufacturer’s specification.

FUEL PUMP & INJECTORS REPAIRS

Most repairs are carried out at our LAB which is fully equipped with high-pressure APPROVED testing equipment that enables us to carry out complete tests on injectors and fuel pumps to provide a full analysis and report. Injectors are tested and adjusted and pumps are calibrated, tested and adjusted to confirm to original equipment manufacturer’s specification.

METAL STITCHING

When the parts or components of the engine have cracks, we metal stitch the crack using special taper plugs and locks which are stronger than the original cracked component. This industrial technique is a completely cold process which is done primarily on cast iron where heat can cause further damage to the  component.

LINE BORING

Our technicians assess the scope of the work using precise equipment to measure the diameter and roundness of the bore in question. They’ll then install and align the equipment to complete the operation. After the boring is completed, the engineer will inspect the bore for accuracy. In the case of engine blocks we grinds the center caps and bore back to original equipment specification. If the bore has to be enlarged a bushing is installed to maintain Original Equipment Specification.

UNDERCARRIAGE PRESS

Heavy-duty machines travel on tracks which carry the weight of the machine and are exposed to harsh environments which cause significant wear to the chain links and pins. The press disassembles the chain and the pins and links are examined and replaced as needed and the chain is adjusted to confirm to Original Equipment Manufacturers Specification.

POLYURETHANE MOUNTS AND BUSHINGS

Polyurethane has a higher durometer rating than rubber, which means that it won’t deform as much as rubber. The increased stability of this material extends the life of the bushing and does a better job of keeping everything in proper alignment when used on suspension components, which translates to less flex and body roll, allowing you to maintain stability in the corners and put more power on the ground.
