BRANDS
Since 1919, CUMMINGS has been a leader in the design and manufacture of world-class, high-performance engines. Today, Cummins’ engines are renowned for their reliability, fuel efficiency, and low emissions. They can be found in long-haul trucks, buses, light-duty vehicles, and heavy equipment for construction, agriculture, and mining.
MAHLE is a manufacturer of quality replacement parts for diesel engines. Quality means more than multiple certifications and a product portfolio that matches the quality of the original equipment. It starts with expert advice through our training programs. The original equipment market standards also belong in the maintenance and repair market – it is as simple as that.
KMP is one of the leading heavy-duty engine part suppliers and agricultural machinery part suppliers in the world. Parts are suitable for: Caterpillar®, Cummins®, Komatsu®, Detroit Diesel®, Case IH®, Ford New Holland®, Massey Ferguson®, John Deere®, Perkins®, Iveco® and NEF®.
All Interstate-McBee facilities are ISO 9001:2015 with Design Certified to ensure quality and consistency in the products available both to the OEM and aftermarket segments of our business. Interstate- McBee is constantly analyzing processes to understand where costs are and how improvements can be made.
IPD provides rebuilders with a full range of quality diesel engine line products. With the industry-leading two-year limited warranty on most on-highway parts and a one-year limited warranty for most off-highways parts, you know you are partnering with a reliable, customer-focused company that stands behind its product’s quality.

CRANKSHAFTS
The Diesel Engine Crankshaft transforms the linear motion of the pistons into a rotational motion that is transmitted to the load. The crankshaft has large weights, called counterweights, that balance the weight of the connecting rods. The weight ensures an even/balanced force during the rotation of the moving parts.
ENGINE/CYLINDER HEADS
Robust structure that covers the top part of the cylinders. The engine head mounts on the engine block or engine housing; together with the piston and cylinder, it forms a part of the combustion chamber. Underneath the engine head lies the cylinder head gasket. The gasket seals the head to the cylinder block, preventing leaks.
- Provide the mounting structure for various components such as the inlet and outlet exhaust valves and ducts, spark plugs, and injectors.
- Contain the passages for coolant, oil, and combustion gasses
- Dissipate the heat produced by the engine and, therefore, produce cooling
- Act as the combustion chamber seal and the engine’s mechanical control powerhouse
- Take the compression resulting from combustion pressure
ENGINE BLOCKS
The cylinder block is the basic framework of an engine. It supports and holds all the other engine components. The block has to withstand high temperatures and pressure, as it contains the most moving parts within, to maintain the right balance and lubrication of the Engine.
TURBO CHARGER
A turbocharger is made up of two main sections: the turbine and the compressor. The turbine consists of the turbine wheel and the turbine housing. It is the job of the turbine housing to guide the exhaust gas into the turbine wheel. The energy from the exhaust gas turns the turbine wheel, and the gas then exits the turbine housing through an exhaust outlet area.
The compressor also consists of two parts: the compressor wheel and the compressor housing. The compressor’s mode of action is opposite that of the turbine. The compressor wheel is attached to the turbine by a forged steel shaft, and as the turbine turns the compressor wheel, the high-velocity spinning draws in air and compresses it. The compressor housing then converts the high-velocity, low-pressure air stream into a high-pressure, low-velocity air stream through a process called diffusion. The compressed air is pushed into the engine, allowing the engine to burn more fuel to produce more power.

WATER PUMPS
A water pump is a vital part of your engine’s cooling system. Its primary purpose is to continually circulate coolant from the radiator to the vehicle’s engine block to prevent overheating. It pumps the fluid out of the cooling chambers and injects it into the passages of the engine block, keeping the Ability of the Engine Component to work under the right conditions and with the power desired.
